Respectful Interactions:

At MTL Bachelor Waitress, we prioritize the well-being of both our clients and our professional models. We encourage a fun and respectful atmosphere at all events. Our models are hired to provide entertainment services, including serving drinks, mingling with guests, and adding excitement to your celebration. They reserve the right to decline any requests that fall outside the scope of their duties.

Photo & Recording Policy:

For privacy reasons, photography and recording of any kind are strictly prohibited during events. If guests politely request a photo with a model, it may be granted at the model's discretion, but such photos must not reveal any identifying features.

Maintaining a Safe Environment:

We are committed to fostering a safe environment for everyone. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards our models. This includes refraining from unwanted touching or grabbing. Should a model feel uncomfortable or unsafe, they have the right to leave the event immediately without a refund. Respectful interactions on both ends ensure a positive experience for all involved.

Cancellation Policy:

• Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a client cancellation, the deposit will be considered a cancellation fee for the models who had been booked.

• Time Changes: Changing the event time is permissible, but model availability is not guaranteed. We will present alternative models for your selection.

• Date Changes: Changing the event date requires a minimum of 5 days' notice to allow models to find replacement bookings. Similar to time changes, model availability is not guaranteed, and alternative selections will be provided. Date changes with less than 5 days' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee per model.

• Location Changes: Similar to time and date changes, location changes with sufficient notice allow us to check model availability. Alternative selections will be provided if your originally chosen models are unavailable. New locations may incur additional travel fees.

• Model Cancellation: If a model is unable to attend the event for any reason, we will offer alternative options for model selection. If no suitable replacements are available, a full refund will be issued for the deposit amount associated with the unavailable model(s).

• Last-Minute Incidents: In the rare case of a last-minute model no-show with no possibility of a replacement, a full refund will be issued for the deposit amount associated with the unavailable model(s).

• Client Contact: In case of incorrect contact information, switched-off phones, or an incorrect address provided by the client, the models will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. If no contact is established within that timeframe, the models will be released from the booking, and the deposit will be non-refundable. Models will typically call upon arrival at the event, with their start time officially beginning at that point. They may arrive a few minutes early to get prepared. If models are made to wait at a lobby, reception, or outside the designated location, their start time will be adjusted to reflect the actual arrival time.

• Model Delays: If a model arrives late, their official start time will be adjusted to reflect their actual arrival. If a model cannot extend their stay beyond the originally booked timeframe, they will offer a partial refund for the uncompleted portion of the booking. Please notify MTL Bachelor Waitress immediately in such cases to ensure a prompt refund. Failure to notify the agency may prevent a refund.
