How This Started
Before coming home to Montreal, I spent over 7 years working in the adult entertainment industry in Australia. I ran bookings, managed entertainers, worked events, and saw firsthand what made a night genuinely great — and what made it fall flat.
What I noticed was this: the agencies that were purely transactional — take the booking, send the girl, collect the money — almost always disappointed. Clients felt like they were rolling the dice. The girls felt like they were just filling a slot. Nobody was really invested in the experience.
The agencies that thrived were the ones where someone actually gave a damn. Where the person booking took time to understand the group, matched the right energy to the right event, and made sure everything ran the way it was supposed to.
That's the version I wanted to build when I came back to Montreal in 2024. Not the biggest agency in the city — the best one.
How We Select Our Girls
Every entertainer on our team is handpicked. That's not a marketing line — I mean it literally. I personally meet and vet every girl before she works with us.
Looks matter, of course. But they're not the deciding factor. What I'm looking for is someone who has genuine social confidence, knows how to read a room, and can walk into a group of 10 strangers and make everyone feel comfortable within minutes. That's a specific skill. Not everyone has it.
I also look for reliability. In this industry, flaking on a booking is one of the worst things that can happen — it leaves a group stranded and it reflects badly on everyone. Our girls are on our roster because they show up, they communicate, and they take their work seriously.
The result is a team I'm genuinely proud of. Different looks, different personalities, different vibes — so no matter what your group is after, we can match you with someone who fits.
How I Run Things
I handle every booking personally with the help of my colleague also named Julie. Not a front desk, not an assistant, not a chatbot.
That means when you text or call, you're talking to the person who actually knows the girls, who understands what your event needs, and who can give you an honest recommendation rather than just pushing whatever's available.
It also means there's accountability. If something isn't right, you're not getting passed around between staff. You deal directly with me and we sort it out.
I take a deposit to confirm every booking, send you a written confirmation with all the details, and follow up to make sure everything is in order before your event. The girls know exactly what's expected of them when they arrive. You know exactly what to expect. Nothing is left to chance.
